At GK Moissanites, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a transparent and simple return process. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right with our flexible 30 day return and exchange policies.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please reach out to our Customer Service team for return authorization. You can contact us via email at info@gkmoissanites.com, and our team will guide you through the process.
Return Policies
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date. Exchanges are allowed within 60 days.
- Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original documentation, including certificates. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition or has been worn.
- Documentation: Missing Moissanite certificates (where applicable) will incur a 30% replacement fee for each missing certificate.
- Modifications: Items modified, engraved, or resized by a third party are not eligible for return.
- Signs of Wear: Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
- Unauthorized Returns: Packages returned without authorization or those refused upon delivery will not be accepted for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping, handling, and additional costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Deduction Fees: GK Moissanites will deduct the original shipping fee (varies by country) and a $20 restocking fee from the refund.
- Exclusions: International orders, clearance items, select services, and other specific items are not covered under our standard return policy.
- Photos: At least two photos of the item are required before initiating the return.
- Customized Items: For customized 10K, 14K, 18K, and platinum items, a 35% workmanship fee will be deducted from the refund. Customized or engraved items, as well as rings with custom sizes, are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy
- All made-to-order items enter production within five hours of payment receipt. As each piece is customized to your specifications, cancellations after this period will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
- Customized or engraved items, and rings with custom sizes, cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
How to Return an Order
Obtain the Nearest Return Address
- Please contact us at info@gkmoissanites.com to receive the correct return address. Our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours.
- Note: After receiving the return address, items must be returned within seven (7) working days. Returns sent after this period will be ineligible for exchange or refund.
Prepare Your Return
- Include all original packaging, accompanying materials, any complimentary gifts, the packing slip, and certificates (missing certificates incur a 30% replacement fee per certificate).
- Place your item(s) in the original jewelry box. We recommend using the original shipping package.
- Write your Order Number on the outside of the package.
- For security, avoid writing terms like "jewelry" or "diamonds" on the package.
- Ensure the Order Number is clearly visible on the label or outside of the box. Returns without this information cannot be processed.
Ship Your Return
- Drop off your package at the local post office and obtain a receipt as proof of shipment.
- Send the tracking number or receipt to info@gkmoissanites.com.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order. GK Moissanites is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Refund Process
Receipt and Inspection
- Once we receive your returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item, which may take up to three (3) business days. After inspection, we will proceed with an exchange or issue a refund according to our return conditions.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
